2. What we collect
Information you give us
When you apply for a program, book a call, or use our ROI calculator, we collect your name, email address, company name, role, and any project details you share. This is processed under legitimate interest to evaluate fit and provide a tailored response.
Information collected automatically
We use anonymised analytics to understand how visitors interact with this site. This includes page views, scroll depth, and referral source. IP addresses are truncated and stored for a maximum of 90 days. We do not build individual user profiles from this data.

4. Cookies
Essential cookies
Required for site functionality, session management, and security. These cannot be disabled.
Analytics cookies
Used to measure aggregate site performance. You can opt out of these via the cookie banner or your browser settings. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We may share limited information with trusted service providers (e.g. hosting, analytics, payment processing) who are contractually bound to the same data protection standards. Client project data and creative deliverables are treated as strictly confidential.
6. Data retention
We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after last contact. Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the program plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised within 90 days.
7. Your rights
Under UK and EU GDPR you have the right to:

- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Security
We implement access controls, encrypted storage, and audit trails across all systems. Any subcontractors handling data on our behalf are held to the same standards.
9. Supervisory authority
Our lead supervisory authority is the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You may raise concerns with the ICO at any time at ico.org.uk.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active program members. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
